Patients often worry that good denture retention is difficult to achieve with complete edentulous tooth loss, which is a more common problem with the lower jaw. In principle, it can be solved by placing 2 implants with joints for better retention of the denture.
The advantage in this case was that our patient had 2 stable canine teeth left, on which we attached joints for better retention of the lower jaw denture.
Achieved results: very good stability, without the use of glue, without the risk of displacement and falling of the prosthesis, comfort when eating, more peace of mind and regained self-confidence.
